The surprising truth about anxiety is that it doesn’t come from the difficult situations we face, but from the state of our mind. This is wonderful news for us because we often have little or no control over external hardships, but we can learn to control our mind and become fearless when faced with life’s adversities.
In this workshop, learn how through meditation we can gain a peaceful, constructive state of mind where anxiety can be healed and transformed into a spiritual path.
