Learn to release all the worries of the week with a guided breathing meditation and tap into your potential for unlimited inner peace. In this weekly drop-in class, empower yourself with meditation and practical advice based on Buddhist wisdom. Through putting these powerful tools into practice, you can cultivate a happy and meaningful life.

Negative habits of mind can make us feel stuck, confused, and powerless in our life. Though these tendencies are sometimes deeply ingrained, with effort we can reverse any habit and cultivate a healthier and more constructive mindset. Buddhist wisdom offers us a boost of inspiration and hope, empowering us with confidence and the courage to change.
This drop-in series is suitable for all levels of experience and everyone is welcome!

Gen Kelsang Lingpur
Gen Lingpur is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Center Arizona in Tucson. She has been a student and disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for over 20 years. Gen Lingpur has been ordained as a Buddhist nun for many years and has taught in the New Kadampa Tradition in Arizona, California, New Mexico and Mexico. Having benefited greatly herself from the study of Buddhadharma, she is happy to give back by sharing her love of Buddha’s teachings. With a down-to-earth style, Gen Lingpur helps us to look at our situation in a new light and to transform negative minds into positive ones.
